Still hand-writing labels, calling carriers for rates, or copy-pasting tracking numbers into a spreadsheet? Those days are over. We just added shipping to Lexul — no extra software, no extra labor.

The problem we solved

Lexul already runs your work orders, your inventory, and your customers. But shipping used to mean stepping outside of Lexul to rate-shop and print labels somewhere else. Not anymore. We built shipping right into the platform, powered by EasyPost, which connects you to hundreds of carriers from a single screen.

Getting set up

Setup takes about five minutes:

Create a free account at EasyPost.com.
Grab your API key from the EasyPost dashboard.
Paste that API key into Lexul.

That’s it — you’re now connected to every carrier EasyPost supports.

Three ways to ship

1. Transfer orders

Moving inventory between warehouses, or shipping straight to a customer? Go to Inventory → Transfer Orders and select + New Shipment. Fill out the details, click Create & Get Rates, pick the rate you want, then hit Buy Label. Print it or download the PDF — you’re done.

2. Work orders

Sometimes it’s not inventory moving — it’s a part going out as part of a job. Open the work order, find the Shipments tab, and add a new shipment there. It comes with the same rates and the same labels, now attached to that job permanently.

3. Sales orders

You can also ship straight from a sale. Open Sales, add a new sales order, and create the shipment right from there — no extra steps needed.

Quick tip: Before you buy a label, double-check your box dimensions against the carrier’s limits. If the box doesn’t meet their requirements, Lexul won’t let you create the label.
