Permission Levels

Limit technicians to see only assigned work orders so they can stay in their own lane. From office admin, office staff, foreman, and techician, designate specific roles for users. Two office roles allow to pair level of access with level of responsibility.

Tech View

Technicians have access to only assigned work orders, keeping their interface simpler and limiting the data they have access to.

Crew Management

Office staff can assign crews and foremen so the foreman can track time and have responsibility over entire crew.

Employees and Vendors

With QuickBooks integrated accounts, your users can be paired to Employees and Vendors in QuickBooks allowing for job costing of their labor.
